Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it…

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Long Ashton Post Office, Bristol

Long Ashton Post Office is an incredible business. Always have anwers, always helpful, polite and they get the job done for you!

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Management undermining employees

Management bullying, harassment, whistleblowing, finger pointing... If you are in your 'trial period' (3-months) you will not last long (unless you've worked for Royal Mail before) Hopeless top-down communication, and yet brilliant workers. Look elsewhere for work, everyone.

Disgusting

Disgusting. Lack any human empathy & moral decency. Treat their employees like crap can’t imagine how they would look after customers if there was a problem. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate with dodgy contracts and corrupt systems which actually made them more money but broke people’s lives

Disgrace!

Bunch of scumbags causing innocent people to go to jail, destroying lives and to taking their own life just so you could keep your bonuses and so called power. Toxic place with a hateful culture and bunch of arrogant morons that are deeply rooted in deceit and poor performance, how incompetent can you be to implement a system with such errors. There is no culture or operations to save at the Post Office, prosecute all of those complicit including the scumbags at Fujitsu who perfectly knew the problems.

I am in shock

I am in shock with the behaviour of the Post Office Management. Many people new about the problems with the Horizon but probably thought of their bonuses. I run a software company.

Really poor service, and after care non existent

Twice we have paid in cheques, and twice they have not reached the bank! Once, you can sort of understand, but twice! No! Something not right here. They take no responsibility for their poor service! Not impressed at all! Shoddy service, and extremely poor after service!
