Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Sooner the post office is closed down…

Sooner the post office is closed down the better. Absolutely disguting attitude on some of their employees. Also Ive heard them give false information so people spend more. Ive been sending hundreds a week for about 15 years I know my postage options. Also one of the most herrible people Ive ever know works at the post office as a post mistress. The amount of people Ive seen really annoyed at her throwing their parcels with fragile into the bag over the 2-3 meter distance from her on her stool to the bag I lost track with. Show some respect to peoples property. ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS!

This is a complete joke of a place

This is a complete joke of a place, they delivered one of my items to there post office for me to collect. The item cant be found yet someone signed for it and no one knows who it is. I wanted my money back but now the company autobeam wont refund since the post office are saying they delivered it. Its been lost at the post office they delivered it too so its not been delivered to me. Total joke

BAWBAG AT THE POST OFFICE

Little guy behind the counter has issues with people with disabilities, he likes to throw underhand comments while you’re trying to fix the issue that exists only because he says it exists. Asked for a tiny bit of tape to fix my parcel he said we don’t have tape for you here in this post office, I replied by saying it’s a post office and you don’t have tape. I’m Autistic and Deaf with a badge and hearing aids clearly for him to see but he still found it okay to treat me like crap and be super difficult. In the end my return was made only because he printed out the ticket anyway during the incident, I fixed the issue but this little man has issues. It wasn’t even my parcel I told him, I said it was for my deaf partner who’s at work! I left calling him a BAWBAG and to make sure he got the message I told his staff member at the front desk to tell him that I called him that just in case he missed it. I wonder how many people with disabilities he’s treated like that ? SAY NO TO DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, ITS JUST WRONG!

Not happy, was lied to

I contacted the post office regarding selling Euros that I found at my late father's property? I don't have photo ID or an invoice for the Euros. I was told that if I went to a certain post office, they would take the Euros without an invoice and if the amount was under £1000........... It wouldn't need photo ID? I went to the post office Thursday 05th June and was told they couldn't help me without an invoice??? Basically they lied to me, made me travel to a certain post office just to mess me about

As usual with the UK

As usual with the UK, any Organisation that is in Public Ownership is a National Disgrace. They are sloppy , disorganised, rude, incompetent, website is unnavigable ( bounces you to/ from questions and answers that don’t answer the original option ??), staff that couldn’t care less how they deliver the service - from Depot personal, Post Office Shop staff, phone staff, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and often just plain ignorant. Because it’s Public -they clearly believe the “ I’m in a Union and have job for life so I can provide any old service and it’ll do” philosophy that goes along with every Public Service Organisation in the UK If it was Private they would be “ out of a job” if they provided the same level of service in the manner they get away with in the PO

The EVRi parcel shop which is…

The EVRi parcel shop which is incorporated into the Post Office at Hellifield, North Yorkshire and uses “Post Office” as its addresses is a joke. When they receive EVRI parcels they return them immediately if there is the slightest problem. Do not use this Post Office.

No wonder this country is going to the dogs

Southwark Bridge Road Post office in London, where to start? The rudeness and holier than thou attitude from both the staff is appalling. To say that they are ignorant and boorish is an understatement. It's situated within the Co-op, so it's a shame but I will never ever visit that shop again. They talk to customers like they are children, and frequently talk about you to each other (in front of your face I might add) in indian. Who do these people think they are? No one person is better than another, we are all the same under the skin. Never again will I use the post office for anything because of these two. There are plenty of other carriers out there. DPD. DHL and Fed-ex from now on, and I'd advise everyone to do the same.

Hi Everyone live in Southbourne Even if you are on sobo Facebook page I try to post and they never posted. Yesterday afternoon I went to collect my parcels from the post office next to my house in Southbourne Grove. They lady was so rude when I went to collect she said to me the next time my parcel will be returned and I ask why. And she was so rude, why because we don’t have space and you shouldn’t to be send your parcels to here you need to send you your house even she wrote in my parcels to not be send there anymore. She had attitude and was very rude and told me to not send anymore parcels to there. Are this is a joke? I complain to Royal Mail as well. She’s having a laugh

The complaints handling is appalling. They are trying to lay blame on RM for something that clearly is not their responsibility as I had a problem with the handling of a parcel at the post office after RM had already done their job.
