Just been to drop off a package at the Post Office in the Horsefair, Kidderminster. And the staff were absolutely vile!
So pointlessly rude and unhelpful!
We will be taking our custom elsewhere in future.

We had a great postman last year, and then he retired, gone to pot since, I have not had any mail for weeks unless it was a parcel, they deliver at random times as well.
I often get mail that is intended for someone else!
This time I chaised the postman down and gave him the letter back that he had posted through my door.
I’m expecting some important stuff as well!

I want to express how wonderfully I was treated at Calhoun Ky post office. I needed a passport and didn’t know how to go about it. Dawn helped me on two different occasions. Dawn was very patient and helped me to get documents I needed as I didn’t know how to use the internet very well. She was very informative, wrote down contact numbers for me. Helped me to understand why I needed these documents. I am grateful to her. Please give her a raise, she is worth it!!!
Do not bank with the post office unless you never want to see your money again. It is impossible to transfer or withdraw your money. My husband has just spent the last 3 1/2 hours on the phone and online trying to transfer his money. We have just sent our third email regarding it and still no response.
What a complete disappointment.
I used the new online booking service.
On 23/10/24 service to be sent to Canada, air international signed for.
Some how the tracking stopped when the items left Heathrow. No one can provide any information, just being told to make a claim after 29/11.
I am really upset this package was going to my sister who is undergoing cancer care.

Brilliant service to all customers, here in Aylesbury. Our local Postman, professional and dependable.
I know what time he will arrive.
If for some reason I'm not home, Royal mail will return.
In the run up to Christmas there will be a competion for delivery orders. Amazon are ruling at the moment, and together with their owner will still outsource to Royal mail. Cut out the middle man. We can choose to contact companies and tell them, Royal mail.
Keep it in the country.
Honesty is a tall order with this company. Have caught them telling lies about non existent deliveries several times.
CCTV never lies. Waiting on delivery today, said tried to deliver, checked cctv and van parks about 100 meters from the property, guy looking like he is running for his life gets to the door takes a pic and runs like hell back to the van, no door knock no bell. Made a complaint about a non existent delivery a few days back and was told we will log it but we don't get back to customers.
This company is now totally usless and unreliable and will rebound any responsibility for any failures back to the customer. I will never use again and will advise others to do the same. I think this useless delivery service is in its death throws and maybe that's a good thing.
Been trying to get InTouch for two days complete waste of time,I had a parcel delivered it's not for me trying to get someone to collect it phoned ages you get a stupid machine that types rubbish seems no humans work there anymore I hate the place wish it would shut down
The lady at East Kilbride main office couldn't have been more helpful. I was there to update my driving licence (least said about our government the better) The lady explain everything, took my photo (arrrrgh!) I paid for it and was out the door within 5 minutes with a smile on my face thinking "I'm going to post a great review for that nice lady". Wish I'd got her name but no worries it was a positive experience. Thank you.
Failed to deliver many items over many months. The latest was for a really special birthday. This item reached my local delivery office, then got lost. I have contacted the seller, and they are now having to pay extra to track the item on my behalf. A few of my vital NHS letters have also never arrived. The phone line is also a waste of time. Given 3 different numbers to try, then relocated to previous website. It's such a shame the Post Office cannot seem to be relied on any more. Used to be such a great trusted company.
For years I have always supported the post office re : several parcels a week ,I must say its 50/50 if counter staff are pleasant / happy on serving me ,last four years I've moved four times ,thus at least 8 post offices used ,at three of post offices there was always a 5-10 min queue. Then I discovered Evri - wonderful ,no queue ,they are happy to see me, no more miserable faces ! too late post office I am not returning to your sometimes miserable/rude staff.
ATM from this company ate my card for no reason, coming back to me with response that I should contact my bank to initiate investigation more then two weeks after the incident. Looks like they are forgetting that they have on their website section to report this exact matter. I have better things in life then going back and chasing my bank to chase something that happened two weeks ago. This company is just showing immense level of incompetence. My advice shut down the whole place.
