Staff OK but Management Poor
Had to wait 24 minutes for counter service at understaffed Woking PO in WH Smith . Counter staff friendly and helpful though.

Water supply great but water saving devices sent 22 November still not received. Tried to contact AW but not successful. AW may not be customer focused! Devices received 20 January 2023. Thank you Two stars now, not one. Have opened packet but no written info on how to fit the Twin Tap Inserts ! Revert to one star?
