What a complete disappointment.
What a complete disappointment. I used the new online booking service. On 23/10/24 service to be sent to Canada, air international signed for. Some how the tracking stopped when the items left Heathrow. No one can provide any information, just being told to make a claim after 29/11. I am really upset this package was going to my sister who is undergoing cancer care. Speechless 😶
