Postoffice has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.
My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.
Long Ashton Post Office is an incredible business. Always have anwers, always helpful, polite and they get the job done for you!
Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Even although the interest rates look attractive on a comparison site, I cannot recommend Post Office Savings or ISA products. They are administered by Bank of Ireland and in terms of the online experience it is like going back in time by 20 years. Also they are not signed up to UK FasterPayments service so when you want to withdraw money it will take one BUSINESS DAY. e.g, withdraw at 17:01 on Friday and you’ll not see your money until Tuesday. Only use if you enjoy retro old school style banking!

The only delivery service in today’s world that takes your money and fails to deliver the small parcel. No explanation no recompense just its not been delivered and you only paid £3.40 and even if there’s a ref number on your receipt we don’t use that to track a “second class parcel” cos it’s not important to us to deliver the service the British taxpayer paid for . They are thieves of the highest order. I’ve said it before but I mean it now I WILL NEVER USE ROYAL MAIL/ THE POST OFFICE TO SEND A PACKAGE EVER AGAIN. Absolutely disgraceful .

Post Office Savings - impossible to withdraw or close account. I keep getting error messages when trying to withdraw or close the account. Such a hassle to have to call or send by POST confirmation of my linked bank account. Archaic savings account, will never open one with them again.

No surprise that the mail services stop being popular and the companies bankrupt. Only within 2 days, 4 branches around Marston Green had wrong hours written on the website, or someone at the airport (where you pay for the car park a lot of money) just went for their break, just before the closure. Obviously one person knows only how to log in. No break time on the website. This is a joke. Not to mention that sellers at other local branches tried to sell the most expensive service trying to assure me it's the only trackable option. I reached out for support but didn't receive it. Useless. Never again.

I mostly come tho this store last time the same Indian lady wasted her time eating food in front of me and lind up customers today it was worst she told me to leave the parcel behind then kept ringing the bell like as tho I was trespassing made me look like a robber in the shop I think someone must look into this horrible place

.... I would like to point out that THE POST OFFICE!!!! And ROYAL MAIL ARE DIFFERENT COMPANIES!!!! This has been since 2012!!!! The post office is responsible for selling you a service THEY DO NOT DELIVER MAIL!!! that is the job of Royal mail..... No one goes to tesco to buy eggs and expects tesco to own the chickens that lay them!!!!! POST OFFICE IS A RETAILER THAT SELL ROYAL MAIL SERVICES!!. If you want to complain about royal mail do it on their page because they don't see it on this one...
