Pool Crawler Reviews

Been using Pool Crawler for 8 months now and they've consistently delivered quality service. They vacuum, skim, clean filters, and test water chemistry every visit. The monthly reports they provide are detailed and helpful for tracking pool health over time.

Overall very satisfied with the quality of work. The pool always looks fantastic after their visits and the staff is professional. Only complaint is that sometimes they arrive outside the scheduled window without much notice, but the results make up for it.

Usually happy with Pool Crawler but had a frustrating experience when their vacuum broke during cleaning and they didn't have a backup. Pool wasn't properly cleaned that week and we had to wait for the next visit. They did give us a credit though.

They do good work and show up when scheduled. Pool is always clean and properly maintained. Wish the pricing was a bit more competitive with other local services.

Pool stays clean and chemicals are balanced properly. Service is reliable but feels pretty basic for what we're paying. They get the job done but don't go above and beyond like some other companies I've used.

Some weeks the pool looks amazing, other weeks it seems like they rushed through the job. The chemicals are usually balanced correctly but the physical cleaning can be hit or miss. For the price, I expected more consistency.

Not only do they keep our pool in perfect condition, but their customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly to questions and are always willing to explain their process. The peace of mind is worth every penny.

The cleaning is adequate but I've noticed they sometimes skip emptying the skimmer baskets. Communication could be better too - would like updates when they find issues rather than just notes left behind.

Clean pool every week, fair pricing, and friendly staff. What more can you ask for?

Good service for the price. They handle all the chemical balancing and cleaning efficiently.

Had a major algae problem that previous company couldn't fix. Pool Crawler came in and had it crystal clear within two weeks. Their expertise really shows and they explained everything they were doing. Definitely recommend for problem pools.

Pool Crawler has been maintaining our pool for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. They're reliable, thorough, and always leave the pool sparkling clean. The technicians are knowledgeable and have caught potential issues before they became expensive problems.
