P&O Cruises is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

Just back from 14 days in the Baltic and my first ever cruise! Never realised it was a 5* hotel on water but wow was I impressed...staff were lovely, friendly and helpful...the piano players were simply amazing in the atrium and crows nest and the busker was such a lovely idea and he could sing like an angel. Did also enjoy a daily quiz to keep the mind ticking over especially on sea days

Just returned from a wonderful BalticCruise with P&O. Tremendous value for money on an excellent ship called the Britannia. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Amsterdam cruise on P&O Ventura. The entire ship was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hard to find a sunbed on cruise days. However, I did see staff putting tickets on sunbeds that weren't occupied. I liked the fact that you had to wash or sanitise your hands before entering the restaurants. The staff were fantastic. The food was great and overwhelming with choice. Highly recommended.

Love em or loathe em....personally, I love em. There isn't a second goes by when Im with P&O that I don't enjoy. 7 Cruises to date with them and that says it all. I do think you have to choose the ship that is right for you as they are all different. Our choices are Arcadia and Aurora.

Just back from 2 weeks on Azura around the Greek Islands, what a beautiful ship, my favourite so far,the food in the main restaurants was fabulous,the buffet i found a bit repetitive,but still a good choice,I thought some dishes could have been a bit hotter,the staff were very friendly and helpful,the ship it's self was kept beautifully clean,our cabin steward John kept the place clean and was very friendly too,The entertainment in the theatre was really good, a couple of the groups in other venues I found to be mediocre,plenty of quizzes and a couple of racenights that were good fun,the drinks package was OK depends on which one you get as to the choice of drinks you can have,I personally thought the WiFi package was a bit pricey,all in all a fantastic holiday and would definitely go back on Azura.
