Really fantastic service! On Saturday I wanted to get a flight case for a session on Monday. My local store (Birmingham) did not have one there but said Manchester had one and they could get it to me on a Sunday delivery....and they did! I've just recieved it. Hugh was the person in Birmingham who sorted this out. He was brilliant and I am so thankful and very impressed.

Me and my brother in law rang the store in Bristol as we were not sure on something about a drum kit I bought so we rang up as we didn't know what delivery date would be. The person on the phone re assured us it will arrive within two more weeks. Very polite as well.
