I haven’t received the Cymbal yet, and had no update on when I would receive it.

I placed an order with pmt for some RCF ART 915 speakers and steven from customer services connected me by emailing they might be delivered a few latter then what I thought but to my surprise they arrived on time and steven sent me a good will gift as a thank you the speakers are they best I have heard for a live church set up i can highly recommend the speakers and customer support from pmt above and beyond thank you so much for your help

Difficult to make purchase. Only two options. And that's not enough.

Collected a new snare drum from store. No box/bag and it was handed to me full of fingerprints & grime. Staff completely unhelpful. I'm pretty sure it was a display model but staff said it wasn't. I had to take the snare has I had a gig that day. Had to follow up with customer care to get the box delivered.

Would like to comment on preoders however I'm still waiting on my item to be delivered been waiting over a month. So far not a very good experience.
