I was told my purchase would arrive on Thursday 10thApril, it has not arrived yet and no communication from PMT

I'm delighted with the guitar and very happy with PMT for the speedy process from browsing to delivery. The guitar itself is pretty amazing for the modest price, reviews for this particular guitar are not so easily available so I will comment further. It looks very well made and pretty also. The guitar sounds great and feels as good straight from the box, action is fine, tuners are surprisingly good. I can't fault the electronics, it sounds fine and the EQ is useful. Tuner is quick and accurate. It is my opinion that the frets would benefit from a polish and the board needs some lemon oil or similar. The strings are fine however they would not be my personal choice. I would recommend looking at one of these to anyone in need of a good quality, comfortable and capable parlour guitar for less than £200.

I was looking for a cheap T Style guitar for home practice and saw the Antiquity TL1 being demonstrated on the PMT You Tube channel and decided to get one, All that was needed when it arrived were the frets cleaning and the string height lowering and what an amazing little guitar it is, Okay so for £99 the pick ups are not going to be the best in the world but they are plenty good enough for home use and it makes all of the appropriate T Style sounds, Do be aware that the "Butterscotch Blonde" isn't that butterscotch or blonde, to my eyes it looks very similar to the "Capri Orange" that was popular on Strats for a while, Anyway i am delighted with my purchase and already wondering which Antiquity guitar i could buy next.

Good value, great service and delivery was quick.

Overall, they always provide great experience and they sell a lot of products. However, the PMT website is not reliable and robust. UX has to be improved, as just spend 30 mins to put an order. Did not accept the payment from saved cards, had to enter the card details. Plus not straightforward billing address selection. Atleast rename the button, or pre-select automatically. In addition, the website is so slow..

it was easy to order my guitar and gig bag but can't find the extra strings want

It is such a pleasure, and very reassuring, to have knowledgeable and responsive people looking after me, for my various musical purchases. In fact, indispensable. Online only is not an adequate substitute. I rely on PMT!

Excellent telephone support as I was having trouble arranging click and collect when paying by paypal. All sorted and explained why I was having an issue. I have used them in the past and they have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more. :)

After quite a bit of searching online it decided to buy the Antiquity Telecaster from PMT. The ordering process was very straightforward, and despite a small hitch in the delivery from Parcelforce, I received the guitar in good time. I have to say that it’s excellent value for money, perfectly finished no flaws and after tuning, plays fine straight out of the box. Recommend PMT and the product.

Turn up on correct date quick easy payments

I recently ordered a Peavey Vypyr X2 amp and Sennheiser HD 200 Pro headphones from PMT Online, excited to get playing. The headphones showed up right on schedule—very happy with that! The amp, though, hit a snag with a 3-4 week delay from their supplier. I’ll admit, I didn’t check stock beforehand, so lesson learned there! When I decided to cancel the amp order, PMT were good about it—they refunded my £249 to PayPal really quickly after my email. I’d have loved a heads-up about the delay sooner, but they made up for it with a smooth refund process. All in all, a pretty good experience—headphones were perfect, and they sorted the hiccup fast. I’ll be sure to check stock next time!
