The staff were very helpful in response to my questions with honest opinions and recommendations. That helped to close my decision in ordering the Yamaha P-45 and a x stand for my needs. Thank you, PMT!

I was after a specific clamp for my drums and it turned out PMT were selling it for around half the price of every other retailer. Don't know why that would be, and it actually made me wonder if it was the right part, if it was official etc. But it was exactly the right part, just a lot cheaper. I ordered it late on a Saturday and it arrived on the Tuesday morning. Can't argue with that.

There was no opportunity - within the purchase procedure - for PMT to bring the pedal from Leeds to Manchester so I could collect it... Adding Delivery charge to the sale...

I am really disappointed with the service and product. I did ordered a piano from PMT , I paid for delivery but they change dates many times, I did missed from job two times to wait for the delivery and in the end I went from Birmingham to Liverpool to collect it. But not only the service, when I opened there was some missing parts. I think I am not going to order again from PMT. I am sorry but I have bad experience with service and quality of the product.

I ordered a wrong delivery date and when I phoned they immediately rectified my problem and rearranged the delivery in time for my sons birthday
