An easy purchase

I ordered my dream amp it was meant to be delivered tomorrow then I had an email saying its broke the sides r falling off it. I've asked for my money bk because it's £150 it was meant to be in good condition. There's the exact same amp on Facebook market place for £100 but I need my money bk. You could solve this by putting my refund through ASAP because some1 else will buy that amp then I'll be left with nothing very angry n upset. Plz could u do my refund as quickly as possible I really need to buy that amp by tomorrow because other people r interested in it. Thanks.
