Alex and team at PLS solicitors were professional and gave an excellent service. As we all know home buying process is stressful. Having a good solicitor at your side is a plus. I must say they always respond to the queries/communication from start to finish. Overall it was a good experience putting aside normal stresses. However i would suggest to PLS to review their costing process because we were charged much higher than the original quote. I understand that few additional costs add up during the process but it should be added in the initial quotation so that clients know how much to spend

The Customer relations is very poor.Feedbacks are poor.Imagine sending a sensitive document and no feedback about receipt of it.Just acquiring my first home and information provided does not feel adequate.Called PLS and told the team will get back to me, no one called back in over 24 hours.I had to call again the next and was told no one to speak to again.I hope the company improves.Not a good experience overall.

The team was really nice and professional. They made the process look easy even though it was tasking and at some point I felt really stressed. The communication was really good. In general, I am happy I chose PLS solicitors.

Outstanding support and professionalism from PLS Solicitors (Lucy Hubbard’s team)  I was initially reluctant, but was encouraged to go with a large conveyancing firm, managing a sale at one end of the country and a new-build purchase at the other. I’m so glad I followed my developer’s recommendation to work with PLS Solicitors, as they had extensive experience with the specific development I’m buying into — and it made all the difference. From start to finish, the team have been nothing short of exceptional: personable, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their kindness and clarity really helped me feel supported, no matter how many questions I had....& I had many...not moved in 40 years. The firm’s portal and app are helpful additions — the case tracker, with its visual dashboard and timeline, made it easy to follow progress. While I had a few hiccups with the forms on the portal, the team were flexible and happily accepted everything via email when needed. A huge thank you to Lucy and her brilliant team for their professional excellence and truly personable care. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Really good people to deal with. The process was fairly quick. Quick replies to questions I had. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of the portal they use. It's not user friendly and doesn't get updated very quickly. Apart from that, no problems.
