Outstanding support and professionalism from PLS Solicitors (Lucy Hubbard’s team) I was initially reluctant, but was encouraged to go with a large conveyancing firm, managing a sale at one end of the country and a new-build purchase at the other. I’m so glad I followed my developer’s recommendation to work with PLS Solicitors, as they had extensive experience with the specific development I’m buying into — and it made all the difference. From start to finish, the team have been nothing short of exceptional: personable, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Eva and Caroline, in particular, have been a constant source of reassurance during what has been an traditionally immensely stressful process and life change. Their kindness and clarity really helped me feel supported, no matter how many questions I had....& I had many...not moved in 40 years. The firm’s portal and app are helpful additions — the case tracker, with its visual dashboard and timeline, made it easy to follow progress. While I had a few hiccups with the forms on the portal, the team were flexible and happily accepted everything via email when needed. A huge thank you to Lucy and her brilliant team for their professional excellence and truly personable care. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
