While I appreciate the digital display, maintaining consistent temps can be challenging on windy days. Had to invest in a welding blanket to help with heat retention. Once you figure out its quirks though, it produces good results.

Does what it's supposed to do without breaking the bank. Smoke flavor is good and capacity is perfect for family gatherings. Build quality feels sturdy enough for regular use.

The smoker produces excellent results, but I feel like it uses more pellets than it should. Maybe it's just the learning curve, but my pellet costs have been higher than expected.

Been using this for about 6 months now and really happy with it. Temperature control is pretty consistent and I've made some amazing brisket and ribs. Only complaint is the paint started chipping a bit after a few months of use, but that's mostly cosmetic.

The smoker does a decent job overall, but I've noticed some hot spots that require rotating the meat halfway through cooking. Temperature swings can be around 15-20 degrees which isn't terrible but not great either. For the price though, it's hard to complain too much.

Had an issue with the temperature probe after a year of use. Company sent a replacement part quickly and their support team was very helpful walking me through the fix.

Set it and forget it functionality works great. I can start a pork shoulder in the morning and come home to perfectly smoked meat. The app connectivity is a nice touch too, though it occasionally loses connection.
