This thing cranks out restaurant-quality BBQ. The WiFi connectivity is a game changer for monitoring long cooks. Super easy cleanup too.
Had high hopes but the temperature swings are frustrating. Can vary by 25-30 degrees which affects cooking times. The smoke production is inconsistent too. Might be a defective unit but it's been disappointing overall.
Temperature swings more than I'd like, especially in windy conditions. The hopper capacity is good and it produces nice smoke flavor, but I find myself babysitting it more than expected. Works well for shorter cooks but struggles on long overnight sessions.
The consistency is amazing compared to my old offset smoker. I can actually sleep through overnight brisket cooks now without worrying about temperature spikes. The app could use some improvements but overall this has made BBQ so much more enjoyable for me.

Reliable temperature control and produces good smoke. The digital controller is user-friendly and the cooking grates are a nice size. Only issue is it takes a while to heat up initially, but once it's going it maintains temp well. Would recommend for weekend warriors.
The temperature holds steady and the food comes out delicious every time. Build quality is decent for the price point, though I did have to replace the temperature probe after about a year. Customer service was helpful when I reached out. Overall happy with the purchase but wish the components were a bit more durable.
Love how easy this is to use compared to my old charcoal smoker. Set it and forget it!
Been using it regularly for the past year and it's held up well. Temperature accuracy is good and the pellet feed mechanism hasn't jammed once. The drip pan system makes cleanup much easier than I expected. Only wish the hopper was slightly larger for really long cooks.
The cooking performance is actually quite good and I get consistent results. However, I've had multiple issues with parts breaking or wearing out prematurely. The wheels fell off after 6 months and the grease tray handle snapped. For the price, I expected better build quality.
Been using this smoker for about 6 months now and I'm really impressed with the consistent temperature control. The pellet feed system works smoothly and I've had great results with brisket and ribs. Only complaint is the paint started chipping near the firebox after a few months of regular use.
Works fine for most cooks but struggles to get really high temps for searing. The pellet consumption seems higher than advertised. Smoke flavor is good though and it's definitely convenient compared to traditional smoking methods.
Perfect for busy weekends when I want great BBQ without the hassle. Just load it up and let it work.
