taking advantage of the situation

July 1 – We visited Pinoy Tourism (agent: Ms. Cyra) to apply for an A-to-A exit. My boyfriend trusted her since she was the one who booked their tickets for their vacation in 2024. She offered a Sharjah flight for July 3, which we accepted because he needed to exit as soon as possible. We paid AED 1845. Initially, we thought she would apply for a Sharjah visa, as other agencies had told us that Dubai visas were risky due to high rejection rates. However, we later learned that what she actually offered was for a Dubai visa. Ms. Cyra explained that for cancellation cases, they typically apply for a Dubai visa, but for tourist visas, a Sharjah visa is being applied. July 2 evening – My boyfriend left Abu Dhabi for his 3 AM flight from Sharjah on July 3. July 3 – He exited to Kuwait and then returned to Sharjah, waiting for his visa. Before 6 PM, we received notification that his visa had been rejected. She informed him and asked if we wanted to reapply for a Sharjah visa, which would cost AED 1378. Given this situation, I decided to check with another agency and Re-applied his visa. Unfortunately his visa is still waiting for approval. July 5 Before 6PM, i received a call from Ms. Cyra, informing that we needed to book a flight for my BF ASAP because immigration had called and receive a warning that if he didn't leave that night or early the next morning, he would be deported. I asked her to check available flights and costs, and she found a one-way flight from Sharjah to Singapore for AED 4169. I called my friend, a travel supervisor at Bin Saleh, for help, and she contacted Ms. Cyra to discuss the situation. My friend advised me not to book the ticket, saying it was unlikely that immigration would call over the weekend, especially given that no visas were being approved. Following her advice, I decided not to book the flight. July 6 – At 11 AM, my boyfriend’s visa was approved, and he entered the UAE. To anyone reading this, please be careful when dealing with agents, even if the company is legitimate. You might experience something similar, and it seems some agents are taking advantage of the situation.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. When I asked about the possibility of an overstay fine, the agent said nothing and didn’t suggest rescheduling, even after seeing my mom flight details. She should have advised me properly, but showed no initiative. I ended up paying a fine and needing an outpass—all of which could’ve been avoided. Not professional at all.

And what happened with appointment was that we were clearly told ( on voice message) that our appointment is on 2/5/25 and then on 30/4/25 around afternoon randomly while discussing documents we discovered that appointment is on 1/5/25 ( No one mentioned to us that appt date has been changed) We had booked train tickets (140£ for both of us) to london on 2/5 We had to urgently book an emergency leave from hospital in order to attend appt on 1st and we even faced loss of 140£ train tickets since they were non refundable !!!

Very bad service

Very bad service! It’s taking forever to get my security deposit refund. It has been a month since the passenger left the country, yet I still haven’t received it. They initially said they would refund it immediately after the passenger’s departure, but now they just keep giving different excuses every day.From the start, their service has been terrible. I booked the flight early, but they processed the visa so late that it was only issued the day before the flight. It was so stressful! The passenger couldn’t even be excited or count down to the trip because there was no assurance the visa would arrive on time.And now, they are stressing me out again by delaying my security deposit refund!

I had a challenging experience with the…

I had a challenging experience with the agent named Naira. Her communication was often unhelpful and added unnecessary stress to the process. Her professionalism was lacking, which negatively impacted my overall experience. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the visa extension process at Pinoy Tourism begins before the expiration date, contrary to Naira’s initial statement that it would be processed immediately upon full payment. This approach carries unnecessary risks, as immigration closures can occur without warning, potentially causing delays in reactivation. The overall experience was stressful, and I will not be using your services again.

PINAG BAYAD KAMI NG 700 DHS PARA 2 ARAW NA OVERSTAYNA ALAM DIN NILA. TAPOS PINAGBAYAD PA KAMI NG 5,000 DHS PARA MAALIS ANG ABSCONDING NA SILA DIN ANG NAGLAGAY. PERO TINANONG NAMIN SA IMMIGRATION, 3000 DHS LANG PALA ANG FINALTY SA ABSCONDING. ANG MASAKIT PATI YONG SECURITY DEPOSIT DI NA RIN MA REFUND. MAG INGAT TAYO SA PINOY TOURISM. I would like to give my warm thank you to Ms. Hazel naging smooth ang process saken exit na B to B, at lagi nya ako na update until makabalik ako, at mabilis, 1 day lng ako nag exit next day may visa n ako, Yung accommodation sa Oman so far ok Naman, tapos organized na handle Hanggang sa team dun sa Oman, thumbs up Po ako sa inyo, salamat Po sa fast and good service.

Worst experience in Pinoy Tourism... very no for recommendation!!

Agents are not aware to the problem they dont know the best way to solve the problem. They have exiters in oman stuck in about one week but they don't even solve right away and always rely on visa department decision. The oman visa and hotel will get expire but they dont even care. Who will pay if get expire? Again exiters!😡 The solution ideas got from the exiters and not in agents. If they are 20 agents in office, what are they doing? If no bus available atleast suggest an option, possible the air travel but no one suggest. SALES is the only important to them. They are gone when problem came out. They are not responding to inquiries/updates. They are not facing problems, they let the clients do their own solution to the problems. This is very NO for recommendation, a worst service we got.

Unreliable and very untrusted

Unreliable and very untrusted. They put my sister absconded as they use third party they don’t know about it and one staff in Abu Dhabi don’t know how to handle the case. He advised my sister to go back in Phillipines or exit in Singapore. Another thing is, instead of helping us, as my sister need to exit the country immediately, they told us that there is no available flight and it will be available only on January 6 which is six days far. Looking only for profit and money but not the overall welfare of their costumer.

Poor service

I'm so sad for the very poor service of Agent RUFFA she so helpless and rude agent that I ever had . She will advice you to take a new travel agency because she doesn't know what to do , only she will ask for the payment and blah blah please to her management hope you will make solutions for this , especially to those people who avail your service last November 20 that stranded in Oman you left your your clients like nothing 👎👎
