Very EXCELLENT

Good day! I just wanted to thank you PINOY TOURISM, it’s my second time around to booked this EXCELLENT travel agency . The staffs are very accommodating and very responsive specially to sir EMIL who’s assisting me till the end!! Highly recommended this travel agency, best experience ever!🙏

taking advantage of the situation

July 1 – We visited Pinoy Tourism (agent: Ms. Cyra) to apply for an A-to-A exit. My boyfriend trusted her since she was the one who booked their tickets for their vacation in 2024. She offered a Sharjah flight for July 3, which we accepted because he needed to exit as soon as possible. We paid AED 1845. Initially, we thought she would apply for a Sharjah visa, as other agencies had told us that Dubai visas were risky due to high rejection rates. However, we later learned that what she actually offered was for a Dubai visa. Ms. Cyra explained that for cancellation cases, they typically apply for a Dubai visa, but for tourist visas, a Sharjah visa is being applied. July 2 evening – My boyfriend left Abu Dhabi for his 3 AM flight from Sharjah on July 3. July 3 – He exited to Kuwait and then returned to Sharjah, waiting for his visa. Before 6 PM, we received notification that his visa had been rejected. She informed him and asked if we wanted to reapply for a Sharjah visa, which would cost AED 1378. Given this situation, I decided to check with another agency and Re-applied his visa. Unfortunately his visa is still waiting for approval. July 5 Before 6PM, i received a call from Ms. Cyra, informing that we needed to book a flight for my BF ASAP because immigration had called and receive a warning that if he didn't leave that night or early the next morning, he would be deported. I asked her to check available flights and costs, and she found a one-way flight from Sharjah to Singapore for AED 4169. I called my friend, a travel supervisor at Bin Saleh, for help, and she contacted Ms. Cyra to discuss the situation. My friend advised me not to book the ticket, saying it was unlikely that immigration would call over the weekend, especially given that no visas were being approved. Following her advice, I decided not to book the flight. July 6 – At 11 AM, my boyfriend’s visa was approved, and he entered the UAE. To anyone reading this, please be careful when dealing with agents, even if the company is legitimate. You might experience something similar, and it seems some agents are taking advantage of the situation.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. When I asked about the possibility of an overstay fine, the agent said nothing and didn’t suggest rescheduling, even after seeing my mom flight details. She should have advised me properly, but showed no initiative. I ended up paying a fine and needing an outpass—all of which could’ve been avoided. Not professional at all.

And what happened with appointment was…

And what happened with appointment was that we were clearly told ( on voice message) that our appointment is on 2/5/25 and then on 30/4/25 around afternoon randomly while discussing documents we discovered that appointment is on 1/5/25 ( No one mentioned to us that appt date has been changed) We had booked train tickets (140£ for both of us) to london on 2/5 We had to urgently book an emergency leave from hospital in order to attend appt on 1st and we even faced loss of 140£ train tickets since they were non refundable !!!

One Star Is Excessively Generous for this Travel Agency

I approached Pinoy Tourism to process a tourist visa for my daughter. They recommended applying for a Sharjah visa due to restrictions with Dubai visas. I agreed and made the necessary payments for the visa fee and security deposit. They told me that the visa was denied after two weeks of follow-up, but they never provided me with an explanation. At the time, I thought it was just unfortunate and accepted it. The fact that they never replied when I followed up regarding the security deposit reimbursement, however, was what really irritated me. My messages went unanswered until I brought the matter to the attention of the authorities. My security deposit was only refunded after that. What’s even more upsetting is that when I moved to Regal Travel Agency, they were able to get the Sharjah Tourist Visa within just two days—no issues, no delays. This made me realize that this agency may have simply mishandled my application.

Terrible service Racist consultant

Terrible service. I enquired about a 30 day Visa and specifically Oman visa run for Dubai. She offered 30 days then said hey only have 60 days. The consultant kept calling me and the line was terrible. She kept saying it's risky for an African to go to Oman. I'm white South African but she kept saying because I'm African I cannot get a Dubai visa only Sharjah. I've been in Dubai for 13 years and I understand different processes are followed for different Nationality's but this consultant offended me at least 5 times in one day. I would definitely not recommend this company.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR.

I had a deeply negative experience with this travel agency. Initially, I applied and paid for 60-day tourist visas for two people. However, the e-visas I received were only for 30 days. When I immediately raised this discrepancy, the agency simply stated that the 30-day duration was what immigration approved, offering no prior explanation or warning. I felt misled and ultimately accepted the shorter visas, although the partial refund offered was inadequate and unfair. Had I been informed of the 30-day limitation upfront, I would have chosen a different agency. Furthermore, my cousin, who was transitioning to an employment visa, was unjustly reported as absconding by this agency. Despite being informed that an employment visa was underway, they proceeded to file the absconding case and demanded a substantial payment for its resolution. The agency offered no assistance or support, demonstrating a clear lack of customer care and exploitative practices with inflated charges. I strongly advise anyone considering using this agency to seek alternatives. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and apparent willingness to exploit customers are unacceptable.

Avoid PINOY Tourism at All Costs – They Are a Scam!

I am absolutely furious with PINOY Tourism and want to warn everyone NOT to trust this company. They scammed my friend out of £400 for a Schengen visa application, and their shady business practices prove that they are nothing but fraudsters. I initially referred my friend to them after seeing their Instagram and checking their Trustpilot reviews. Even though I noticed some negative reviews, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Biggest mistake ever. My friend submitted all the required documents, including three updated bank statements, to prove financial stability. However, the visa was rejected due to “lack of financial evidence”—which made no sense since the statements were provided. After investigating, I found out that PINOY Tourism deliberately did not submit the bank statements. Their goal? To force my friend to rebook through them again—a greedy, selfish, and unethical way to run a business. When I confronted them for an explanation, they could not provide a clear answer and kept repeating the same nonsense—that the visa was rejected due to a lack of documents. If something was missing, why didn’t they inform my friend beforehand? That’s literally their job as a travel agency! Their incompetence and dishonesty cost my friend time, money, and stress. This company is a SCAM. Do not trust them. Do not waste your money. Learn from this experience and stay far away from PINOY Tourism!

The service has been extremely bad

The service has been extremely bad, and I've been waiting for a refund for almost a year. Even though I tried to rebook my ticket, they didn't reserve a slot for the dates I provided. Never expect this with my Kabayan.
