I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents

Because everything is so well set out at the Wigan store and the staff are really helpful and pleasant when they see you
No problem with ordering but delivery fell below what I expect. The parcel was damaged and open and left on full view to the road( our door is around the back of the house)

Spoke to Melissa R about my order which has been delayed for the past 3 days with Evri. Evri were useless and told me they would escalate my complaint (all virtually, no person involved). At least I was able to speak to a real person who was really helpful and told me my package had been damaged in transit. She was very helpful and answered promptly
