I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents

Because everything is so well set out at the Wigan store and the staff are really helpful and pleasant when they see you
Alice served me,I was buying flea and tic treatment for my two dogs. She gave me help to find the correct treatment for their weight and needs and then showed me how to get best value for money. Friendly and knows her stock.
The shop was great. My issue is I have had lots of issues online trying to get the app sorted. It’s still not working- but I still get emails telling me to use my vouchers, but I can’t use because the app stopped working!
Excellent company to buy from, easy to order. Speedy delivery, communication great. Whilst the Pets at Home stores are very good, shopping on line means they carry a much more comprehensive range of everything you need for your pet big and small.

The staff are very friendly & sympathetic. I had to bring my cat in, who had passed away at home, so he could be cremated. The lady on reception had empathy & was discreet. The veterinary nurse we saw was also empathetic & helped us chose the right urn & talked through the options. They are all amazing & that's why I also have my 2 dogs registered there. Thank you vets4pets for making a horrid situation, bearable. Even the lady on the till when we left the store was friendly.

What a great saving at pets at home Launceston , we have recently bought a puppy and Molly the shop assistant was so helpful , not only did she help with a big saving on money which was a great bonus but also helped by giving me some handy tips for training our puppy Many thanks Molly for all you’re help
I ordered something to collect from the store. When I picked it up, it was completely the wrong item. The staff at the store were fine and said it was the 2nd time it had happened that week. Rather than go back to the store for the correct order, it was agreed to be posted to my address
Staff are usually very helpful friendly and offer to help with getting cat litter large bags to car. Not this time the two girls behind the counter were too busy chatting .
