Fantastic customer services, really helpful and resolved the issue within minutes.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The only criticism I have is that I would rather have a physical Pets at Home card, because the app doesn’t always work when the local phone signal isn’t strong enough.

did a click and collect and the product was delivered on time .

Yesterday I had my first subscribe & save delivery, all 3 packages were damaged the contents of 1 was (cat litter) was split, the contents of another was half missing (cat food) Contacted PAH on their webchat, sent photos so the replace the missing & damaged items… just received my replacements & low & behold the package was damaged/split again… I have now cancelled my subscription it’s not worth the 5% saving when you end up with damaged goods.. My 6 year old nephew could do a better job! Pets At Home a little advice: when sending heavy/bulky items use a more sturdy cardboard box & pack it properly or better still don’t pack them in useless thin cardboard at all!

I have recently bought a tropical fish tank Your staff were very helpful and informative about which fish I should buy and how to look after them 5 stars

Helpful staff great store

When I went to buy some dry dog food the brand I usually buy was out of stock. I consulted with a staff member and she directed me to an alternative brand. I bought the alternative brand and my dog is more than happy with the new brand.

Brilliant service other than they have started using evri as there delivery service they lost 2 x 12kg bags of dog food

We have never had any issues wth the service at Pets at Home and we actually have a lot of dealings with the management at the Leeds Crown Point Store where we purchase all of our Foster Hound Food for delivery to various addresses in the midlands area. The team are always willing to help and provide me with a great point of contact which I think is great.

I visited the Bidston, Wirral Pets 4 Homes recently to purchase some items for my soon to be puppy. I was helped by Pete who gave me some great advice and didn't try to hurry me up (even though I think he was just about to go on a break). Thank you Pete, you made my introduction to being a first time puppy owner less daunting than I was expecting.

WE GO IN TO GET WHAT WE WANT ANDFIND THE SHOP CLEAN AND TIDY AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

I use the groom room and always book with the same girl as she not only grooms him beautifully but has a lovely way with him. All the girls are always cheery and have a calm disposition.
