Love our new shower filter! great water pressure

Pelican filters are awesome. Our city water in this area is so heavily laden with chlorine and who knows what else that it was really uncomfortable to bathe in it. The shower filters remove all odors and the water doesn’t dry my skin out anymore. Fast shipping, good communication and a great product = happy customer!

The Pelican unit is working great. Had one problem installing it. The Bypass Valve fittings were bad. The both leaked. Could not stop it. Had to go get new fittings. Got 2 Manabloc x Crimp Adapter plus parts.at a cost of $25. My Plumber has been in the business for 27 years. Pleas advise as I do think I should be repaid for the parts I had to buy. My Plumber said there are other plumbers that are having the same problem with the 1" Plastic Male NPT assemblies.& replace them with the Manabloc adapter. Thank you Charles M. Bishop

Excellent customer service, very responsive. I just changed my first 6 month primary filter, I was surprised how much junk it captured that used to go right through to my faucet.

Solid well engineered products with good pricing. Got speedy delivery and self-installation was easy. I'm very pleased with the salt less softener and although early in its use it is all that it was claimed to be.

Sales person was great, gave me all the information I needed to make the choice of the equipment I needed. Shipping was set up without any problem and arrived when I was told to expect the dilivery. I did have to send one of the items back, called and was given a return number and Pelican Water even set up the shipping return for me. It was a great, the water in my well system tastes great. I think it is better than bottled water. I would recommend Pelican to anyone who wants great tasting water with no problems.

Easy to install.

The apartment that I moved to had a lot of chlorine in the water and I could tell by my skins reaction. After using the shower filter the first time, I notice a reduction in the chlorine and how it dried my skin and hair. My skin was not as dry.

Would like to see the hoses a little longer on the countertop unit but the unit works great and the customer service is top notch.

There were sooooo many fittings I needed to purchase just to get typical house hold water lines.

I had a whole house GE filter, a home depot deal, very small but did not realize the difference until I added the Pelican 1,000,000 filter. The flow pattern was what sold me. This install was in Phoenix, my next one will be in South Cove Port Charlotte.. Water is vastly softer and drinkable. Nice equipment.

I hads to take 4 showers to notice a difference but like the feel of the water. I am in AZ.

Very easy and fast when I call to place order for carbon media replacement. And received very helpful you-tube instruction for how to replace that in our system.

No issues by far. Giving 5 stars.

Wow! No more chlorine taste or smell! Heaven to me! Smoother hair too! It was a bit of a project to install because our basement is unfinished, and my husband had to stud a wallot so he could install the system. He went pretty elaborate with shut off valves, bypass piping, etc. Totally worth the wait! Brett, my sales rep did not oversell anything. What he suggested is perfect for our home. We bought the PC600 Whole House Filter.
