Always a prompt service, goods arriving as described, and it's a great website in general to get good tech, compare prices and often get solid deals. Loved the (almost) all recyclable cardboard and paper packaging too - if you changed your 'Fragile' tape to a paper tape you'd hit a home run!

After mostly shopping online for years, going into a physical store was not something I was looking forward to, but was pleasantly surprised visiting PB Tech Petone. Parking right outside is a bonus, and we weren't immediately swarmed by pushy salespeople. The range of products was excellent, the salesman who helped was informative but not pushy, listened to what we wanted, and was very clear about the difference between options. Best of all, if he wasn't sure of something he didn't guess, he looked it up and showed us the results. 10/10 for transparency and helpfulness. Shopping online is great, but sometimes you can't beat talking to an actual person. Will definitely be back for future tech purchases.

Only took a couple of days to receive my printer, and easily downloaded the HP app to set it up with my iphone. No issues all and it couldn’t have been easier.
