Dreaded going into a physical shop - was pleasantly surprised!
After mostly shopping online for years, going into a physical store was not something I was looking forward to, but was pleasantly surprised visiting PB Tech Petone. Parking right outside is a bonus, and we weren't immediately swarmed by pushy salespeople. The range of products was excellent, the salesman who helped was informative but not pushy, listened to what we wanted, and was very clear about the difference between options. Best of all, if he wasn't sure of something he didn't guess, he looked it up and showed us the results. 10/10 for transparency and helpfulness. Shopping online is great, but sometimes you can't beat talking to an actual person. Will definitely be back for future tech purchases.
