I was delighted by the delivery service with arrival of the item ordered about 24 hours after I had ordered it.

I was recommended my product by a friend ( a frequent user), so didn't have to go through trying to sort out what I was after. I did have some issues with placing the order, but I'm sorry I can't remember what the issue was. I ordered on Saturday evening, with delivery slated for Monday. Fortunately I didn't believe that. Still a great result to get it Tuesday. I didn't open the package as my friend will load everything for me.

Ordered a product that was missing parts, have emailed last week and had no response to my concerns. Poor service.

Amazing service! PB Tech is always my first choice when it comes to ordering new technology products and equipment. Shipping is super fast and efficient and their website is user friendly and easy to use and navigate.

Online shopper, love the website, always reliable products, incredibly fast delivery. Been purchasing for years - started with an ex-lease laptop (back in lockdown), & been impressed ever since. I think my favourite thing is that all the data you need is clearly laid out for each item, making it really easy to compare between products (and even competitors).

Once I got past being unable to log into the web site and being locked out (I resolved the issue by changing my password to the same one!) the service was back to normal with good prices and very prompt delivery.

I've been purchasing from PB Tech both in store and online for year. Great range of products, great prices. Online orders are always super fast to arrive even if items are coming from multiple stores. More than happy to recommend. Thanks Team!

Great Customer Service

I have been a customer for some time now. I really appreciate being advised in a manner I can understand. I have found staff to be trustworthy and not trying to sell me something I don't need. Online service has been fast, efficient and reliable. Great pricing. I am a big fan.

PB tech are always very competitively priced and offer higher quality technical products often tricky to find at other big box retailers but the fact that I recieved my order NEXT day, to a rural address, ordered on a Sunday, blew away any expectations I already had. PB Tech will always be my go-to now.

Ordered on Friday afternoon from Napier, paid $13 for Saturday delivery, emails said it wouldn't arrive until Monday, but #### me it was here on Saturday morning was well impressed.

I use PB Tech for our company and personal tech purchases. I always get great service at a great price. Products are always what you expect and of a good standard. Delivery is efficient. They will continue to be my first choice.
