Paul Tobin Estate Agents Reviews

An excellent service . Very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Paul and his team . Thanks , Brian & Rory

When I rented through Paul Tobin Estate Agents I found Paul and his team to be excellent; they were responsive to every request and there was never an issue with getting an appliance fixed or question answered. I would highly recommend Paul and the team to anyone who is looking to rent, buy, or sell a property

Paul was an appointed agent on the management and sales of various properties in Ireland. When selling properties Paul went above and beyond to ensure the various units, a mix of apartments and houses, were impeccably dressed for sale. The insights he offered ensured higher than originally valued returns on the units. Paul is a perfectionist and has an impeccable eye for detail. He played a critical role securing and closing out the final sales. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul. As a boutique estate agent, the service he and his professional team gave was outstanding.

Professional, approachable and always ready to help.

My solicitor recommended Paul to sell my dad’s house after he passed away. After talking to Paul I asked him to take on the sale. From there, I just sat back and watched in Marvel as Paul went through the paces. We walked the property and he explained to me what I need to do to make the property sellable. he did a survey on the property and explained what he needed to satisfy the surveyor. Paul pitched the house as it was, dated with potential and clearly pointed out the potentials. He vets all clients prior to viewing. He is trustworthy and this comes across when you talk to him. You want to buy from Paul. He got considerably more than the asking price and impressed me with his fair mindedness with me and the purchasing couple. i was extremely impressed with Paul Tobin estates. I just cannot say enough about the company except you cannot go wrong with Paul Tobin estates.

Paul Tobin is absolutely amazing, he is a fabulous real estate agent and interior designer. Paul found me amazing tenants and ensured my property was maintained in immaculate condition. If an item in my property needed to be replaced, Paul took the worry off my shoulders and sourced a replacement. Paul has recently sold my property with his expertise in negotiation skills. Thank you so much Paul for everything you have done for me. Kindest regards Deirdre McElroy 🤗

Paul Tobin was a pleasure to work with on our sale. He was completely invested and involved throughout. He was thorough, reliable and his work on our sale meant that we got the very best price for our apartment. I always felt that with Paul our business was in safe hands. I trusted in his ability completely and he was transparent at all times. I could not recommend Paul Tobin Estate Agents highly enough and am delighted that we chose him for our sale.

Paul and Katie are two most dedicated real estate agents I've ever dealt with. Always on top of the game, always very honest and helpful! It was a delight doing business with them!

They make all that they can to help and support you. They are very formal and nice people. I would recommend being with them 100%.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Paul a good few years now and I have introduced him to several of my contacts who needed someone to trust with their properties and Paul delivered in spades every single time.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Paul is a thorough professional in all dealings. He is friendly, approachable and honest. Paul did not come promising pie in the sky figures, he was realistic and worked extremely hard on achieving a very satisfactory price for us. Together with a superb sales process, production of top quality photos and excellent brochures, Paul guided us through all steps of the sales process from start to finish, with the property going sale agreed within 4 weeks. I would highly recommend Paul and his team without hesitation to all colleagues, family and friends who are considering selling. Gavin Keenan
