Prompt, reliable and fast delivery service. I liked also the tracking feature. Initially i was a bit sceptic, but it turned out to be very good quality for decent price.

They were suppose to pickup my package on friday from Dubai. TheyNEVER came and the package is already paid for!! There is no way to contact them!! Im starting to think it is a spam!!!

I've had a very good experience with ParcelABC. I ordered parcel pickups, and for some reason, they were not being picked up, but thanks to Michal, who is one of the best supports, we've fixed the issue very quick. Would recommend 10/10

Rápida y amable la recogida. Rápida la entrega y eficaz . El seguimiento del envío perfecto. Ya he realizado algún envío en Parcel y seguiré haciéndolo cuando lo necesite.

Informada todo el tiempo dónde estaba mi maleta.Recogida y entrega en domicilio.Maleta en perfecto estado. Sin duda recomendable.

Easy to book a parcel and reliable! The post man called me to announce that he is coming to pick up my package and waited for me downstairs to receive it. Tracking could work better, but maybe ParcelABC is working with limited data here.

El pedido salió el día 30/May/2024 y fue recibido el día 11/Jun/2024. En teoría era un envío de 3-5 días y se tardó una eternidad en llegar. Esta experiencia no fue como las anteriores con vosotros. Sinceramente no creo que vuelva a utilizar vuestro servicio. Also, the DPD enterprise in Dublin set a message mentioned the “the address is not correct…” and the address was perfectly. The last three days between friday and monday was negligence of DPD enterprise. Sincerely, I don’t use this service more… it is shameful

Paczka była uszkodzona w dwóch miejscach. Uszkodzenia spowodowały stłuczenie słoika - całkowite oraz wgniecenie filtra oleju. Obie rzeczy do wyrzucenia.

It has been a disaster, 13 boxes all clearly addressed for different locations and labeled correctly. GLS send Germany box to Barcelona. Now 8 days later I am still trying to get the new box to Germany it is with GLS but they are insisting its for Barcelona despite the order clearly saying Germany. Julius and Agata from ParcelABC have no customer service skills. I have full paid for all deliveries. I have never seen anything like it in my life.

Good rate, easy to place order, immediate response to a question. Highly recommended!

Very fast and reliable. There was a bit of lack of information from UPS, but the courier arrived at the stated time anyway, and Michał from ParcelABC was really responsive and ready to solve any issues.

Nice prices, fast parcel pick up. But still difficult to understand the real time of delivery.
