I booked a cruise with Explora Journeys for August 2025. Early days, of course, but booking our cruise with Paramount was quick, efficient, and very cost-effective.

We contacted Paramount Cruises and spoke to Mikey Kyriakou initially as we were considering a cruise having had to cancel our previous booking with Paramount. On telling Mikey of our requirements and destination, he was very informative and knowledgeable and was able to advise us in many ways on things that we hadn't considered, to arrive at a package that we were happy with. On booking, he made the process relatively easy and explained everything as we went through the process with the addage that if we weren't sure of anything afterwards then he was there personally on the end of the phone if needed. All in all, a good experience with someone who appeared and was genuinely customer focused.

I have to thank Mikey for his help and knowledge in finding me my perfect holiday. Nothing was to much trouble for him, explained everything. 10/10 I have never had this experience where he took so much time to help me Thank you
