Bestellung, Versand, Uhr... alles super gelaufen. Nach der Bestellung habe ich den Armumfang angegeben, das Armband wurde gekürzt. Die Uhr war mit DHL express innerhalb von 5 Werktagen von Australien bei mir zu Hause in Deutschland. Zoll etc wurde alles geregelt. Perfekt und super schnell. Die Uhr macht einen wertigen Eindruck - super verarbeitet, schöne Box.
On 5/21/2025 I purchased and paid the total for the Classivo watch, model number (C43C-01WL13A) to give it to my father as a gift and to this day all I have received are excuses that it is a (pending order due to high demand), (that I would receive it in mid-June) (that there is an unexpected delay that they would receive the merchandise in the first week of July) I told them to stop making excuses and give me a solution, a refund or exchange of the watch. Customer service is very poor and takes a long time. I think they should not accept payments for watches that they do not have or know when they will have it. Do not lose customers, improve your services!
Paid for a watch on may 29th 2025. Did not hear anything from them yet. No confirmation of the order nothing. Sofar quite disappointing.
First and foremost... I can't give my opinion on my watch purely because I don't have it! The criticism is purely on the way Panzera as a company deal with enquiries regarding orders that have been placed with themselves...... simple answer is, they don't! For a company that states on there own website that any enquiries/questions would hopefully be dealt with in a 24hr window,well that certainly is not the case. I ordered my watch on the 8th June and according to the website on International orders, it would be shipped within 7days, I have sent them 3 e'mails asking for any kind of update when watch would be shipped.... no response whatsoever which i find very dissapointing.So if you like the look of the Panzera watch,please do not hold your breath awaiting shipment OR communication between Panzera watches and the client. PANZERA FLIEGER 45G gekocht bij Panzera Watches. Ik was aangenaam verrast door de snelle levering vanuit Australië. Deze GMT ziet er echt geweldig uit. Het design en afwerkingsniveau is boven gemiddeld. De Japanse automaat loopt nauwkeurig. Kortom PANZERA maakt mooie klokken van hoge kwaliteit voor een aangename prijs. Ik ga er zeker nog eentje aanschaffen.

This is my 3rd PANZERA Watch. My last one was the limited anniversary edition. Package was nice and made me feel special. The long wait was worth it. My favorite watch now. PANZERA watches are of great quality with a lot of attention to detail. Customer are updated on the progress of your order and follow up. Very customer oriented company that loves what they do and its customers.

Rebuttal to my previous review of PANZERA Watches, after my review was posted PANZERA reached out to me by several people in there costumer service department to address and correct the issue first hand. My watch was on backorder and the e-mail pertaining to it was sent to my spam folder e-mail. So I am happy to say this issue was corrected in a timely manner and I have received my watch since then. Thank you PANZERA for your prompt attention in dealing with the issue.

4.5/5.0☆ Well after researching watches for a wedding anniversary I came accross Panzera & I am glad I did. Puchased the Aquamarine Silver/White M2 for my wife & the Quality is high & she loves it. Also the leather bands I received are great quality too. The ballpoint pen, love it and as it says "with great balance & weight" Now just waiting & looking forward to receiving the MECHA 45C Silver M2 Panzera service is excellent. Highly recommend the brand 👌🏻

Les montres Panzera ont un look unique et l’affichage est sympa. Par contre le problème c’est la précision on est à la limite de devoir faire recalibrer la montre c’est-à-dire qu’elle est optimiste d’environ 15 minutes par mois ce qui est quand même beaucoup. De plus j’ai acheté un bracelet chez eux et il est de tellement mauvaise qualité que j’en ai des rougeurs sur le poignet. J’ai donc dû racheter un bracelet en vrai silicone, vu que je ne suis pas allergique, chez un fournisseur tiers.

Just bought my PANZERA Flieger 46 CLASSIC PILOT Automatic on their website. It took only 5 days, by DHL, to bring it from Australia to Portugal. No Customs Clearance needed (maybe I was lucky...). The watch is fantastic, and clearly exceeded my expectations. Working perfectly, looking amazing. I am a watch collector, and this is my first "Down Under" piece. But surely will not be the last, as I have already my eye on the PILOTS COLLECTION FLIEGER 46C Quartz Chronograph...

I ordered a Panzera 45G at the beginning of February. The watch was priced on the Panzera website at around £350, however when the transaction went through, I was charged around an extra £70 UK tax as the watch comes from Australia. Despite the website saying available in 6 weeks, the watch didn’t arrive until early May. When it did eventually arrive, the movement was faulty and it stopped working after a couple of days despite a good manual wind and a couple of days in my watch winder. No problem, I thought, I’ll return it, given that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I sent the watch back and having had communication with Bernadette at Panzera, I got my money back. However I did not get the £70 tax back. This is apparently down to me to claim back from HMRC! I could understand, if I’d paid the tax separately to the UK government, but I didn’t! The tax was added at the time of purchase and paid in a single transaction to Panzera! I now have no watch and I’m £70 out of pocket for my efforts. As a bit of a watch collector, I thought I’d take a punt and support a micro brand. Never again, I just feel robbed!
