Durchweg zufrieden
Bestellung, Versand, Uhr... alles super gelaufen. Nach der Bestellung habe ich den Armumfang angegeben, das Armband wurde gekürzt. Die Uhr war mit DHL express innerhalb von 5 Werktagen von Australien bei mir zu Hause in Deutschland. Zoll etc wurde alles geregelt. Perfekt und super schnell. Die Uhr macht einen wertigen Eindruck - super verarbeitet, schöne Box.

On 5/21/2025 I purchased and paid the total for the Classivo watch, model number (C43C-01WL13A) to give it to my father as a gift and to this day all I have received are excuses that it is a (pending order due to high demand), (that I would receive it in mid-June) (that there is an unexpected delay that they would receive the merchandise in the first week of July) I told them to stop making excuses and give me a solution, a refund or exchange of the watch. Customer service is very poor and takes a long time. I think they should not accept payments for watches that they do not have or know when they will have it. Do not lose customers, improve your services!

Paid for a watch on may 29th 2025. Did not hear anything from them yet. No confirmation of the order nothing. Sofar quite disappointing.

First and foremost... I can't give my opinion on my watch purely because I don't have it!
The criticism is purely on the way Panzera as a company deal with enquiries regarding orders that have been placed with themselves...... simple answer is, they don't!
For a company that states on there own website that any enquiries/questions would hopefully be dealt with in a 24hr window,well that certainly is not the case.
I ordered my watch on the 8th June and according to the website on International orders, it would be shipped within 7days, I have sent them 3 e'mails asking for any kind of update when watch would be shipped.... no response whatsoever which i find very dissapointing.So if you like the look of the Panzera watch,please do not hold your breath awaiting shipment OR communication between Panzera watches and the client.
