No Communication whatsoever! 😡
First and foremost... I can't give my opinion on my watch purely because I don't have it! The criticism is purely on the way Panzera as a company deal with enquiries regarding orders that have been placed with themselves...... simple answer is, they don't! For a company that states on there own website that any enquiries/questions would hopefully be dealt with in a 24hr window,well that certainly is not the case. I ordered my watch on the 8th June and according to the website on International orders, it would be shipped within 7days, I have sent them 3 e'mails asking for any kind of update when watch would be shipped.... no response whatsoever which i find very dissapointing.So if you like the look of the Panzera watch,please do not hold your breath awaiting shipment OR communication between Panzera watches and the client. Extremely dissapointed customer Sam Brown
