The turn table quit working and the microwave is less than a year old, maybe 6-7 months. I had registered it when we first bought it. Contacted Panasonic, it took over a week for a reply. Their solution was to take it to a repair shop, our choices were one that was 100 miles away and another one that was over 2 hours away. We are seniors so neither of these places would work for us. I corresponded with them off and on for 3 weeks or more with no solution. Panasonic customer service is terrible. We will never buy a Panasonic item again. Why have you register you item if they are not willing to stand by the warranty! Margaret Orr customer ticket 85331
