Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

sold my bike and buyer wanted it shipping and paid for your service I was a little concerned after reading reviews. booked last Friday Box arrived Tuesday collection yesterday Midday and Buyer has received the bike at 9 AM today. when I had questions the responses were straight back with all information thank you

Trying to contact the company for a delivery that is late and nobody come back to me. Also no phone number on website for them. Just avoid avoid avoid. Awful service I'm surprised how this type of companies are allowed to trade. They should be shut down straight away 😤

Refuse to accept a shipment tatcwas Kate due to their stupid driver returning my item to the depot as undeliverable (which us wasn't ) as he had the full address and postcode and people were here waiting fir the delivery .., Now two weeks on the useless company still haven't returned the item to sender so I'm still waiting for my refund !!! THIS COMPANY ARE USELESS WITH LITTLE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Be carefully with this company before you using their service Read the Terms and Conditions before you buying Liability cover, they have a list of goods that not include in Liability Cover. The owner are fully responsible for product, if your goods arrived in damaged condition you will be responsible not this service😀

Why not 5? Because I was booking ina rush and I feel slightly mislead by their website. I thought it is a dedicated courier for alloy wheels etc, believing they are using some kind of racks for non boxed wheels with tyres. Lucky me, the seller wrapped to wheels correctly and the wheels arrived undamaged in APC van

I’ve used Paisley Freight a number of times over the years and they have not let me down. They picked up 2 separate large 30kg and 10kg package yesterday morning in Staffordshire and delivered to me today in the allocated time slot. Could not have asked for more.

Good price. Quick response to email questions. Friendly helpful staff at Paisley Depot. Dropped parcel at 5pm was delivered 10am next morning. Perfect. I didn't have a lot of choice for carrier due to the size of parcel and was a bit nervous given some of the previous reviews, but had an excellent experience.
