Paisley Freight has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

Be aware, very aware! They are impossible to communicate with other than by email. They sprung me with a last minute, £20, outsize fee even though the box they sent us was cut down to a smaller and different shape. They demanded this extra payment after the courier notified me of the time. Very disappointing and terrible behaviour. NB, I was using their Bike Delivery service. In the positive, the driver, wearing a DPD shirt, working for APC, on behalf of Bike Delivery was very helpful and communicative.

What a great service for sending a bicycle. Ordered a box and packaging, all worked perfectly. Booked the delivery service for pick up one day later. All couriers were really friendly and the parcel was delivered the next day. Brilliant!

I've used Paisley many times for transporting bikes, no issues. This time however they (APC sub) managed to damage the bike box (that takes some doing) and the bike inside, I'd struggle to do that with a crowbar. Submitted a claim but they just wriggled around in T&Cs until I gave up. Basically it seems like it's pot luck. Need more confidence than that. Never again.

Very easy to book using their website, great prices, excellent communications once booked and updates on delivery progress, then my bike arrived on Saturday when I didn't expect it until Monday!

I always trust Paisley as a go-to alloy wheel courier, its an excellent and easy to use service and items arrive undamaged and on time, easy for both sender and buyer.

Terrible service and zero communication - Phone number is just an answerphone message saying use email address on website, but they don't answer emails. Booked a collection for an alloy wheel on a 24 hour service on 23rd August and it was finally delivered on 2nd September. Customer with car off road, justifiably giving me huge grief. Do not use these people - they only sub the job out to APC anyway, who then tell you to contact Paisley Freight when something goes wrong.
