Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

Great service. Sent a bike from Nottingham to London and it all ran like clockwork. Would happily use them again based on this experience.

We have used Paisley Freight in the past to ship expensive bikes but this was the last time! We used a standard bike box to post a £1,000 bike. They collected it no problem. 3 days later and the bike still has not been posted and the tracking doesn't work. The next day we get an email to say we owe them another £25 or they won't deliver the bike! It's now 4 days after we already paid £49 for next day delivery and they want another £25. Turns out the box was 5cm too big! Paid £75 and they delivered 5 days late. Will never use this company again- total rip off. You have been warned!

Booked for next day delivery. Never turned up to collect the package on the first day. Had to call up and be told they courier had said my workshop was closed at 4pm which i did not appreciate and then the following day the item was collected and now been told that they have lost the bar code off of the package so now will not get delivered until Tuesday as bank holiday. So my next day service i have paid for has turned out to be 1 week. Arrogance from the staff on another level that have no care in the service they are providing will never use again very unprofessional service.

I used Paisley Freight to courier a wheel and tyre.they were brilliant.I booked the collection on Saturday evening for collection on the Monday. The package was collected by lunchtime and delivered to it's destination the following day. The lady in the office was extremely helpful as I had never had to send a wheel before. I can't fault the company in anyway. Brilliant service and very good prices.will definitely use again

I have used these guys at least a dozen times now. This is the only company that I use for the courier of my wheels. Absolutely spot on. I cannot fault them.
