Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

Paisley freight are very good at logistics. I can recommend them to anyone needing anything picked up and delivered that is stipulated on there online portal. All carriers involved are professional and transparent. They done a great job for me and I was very impressed with them. A+++++ I will use them again definitely. Keep up the good work everyone. Very prompt collection, with 1 hour collection time frame given early in the day of collection which means that you do not have to sit and wait for the whole day. Delivery on date as initially communicated. Thanks will strongly recommend .

Mixed reviews for the bike delivery service but mine went flawlessly. I chose the package which provided the box and packing materials and the buyer commented on how it looked like they'd been very careful with the box. Arrived the next day from North of Scotland to England.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Paisley Freight. My 2 consignments containing 4 road wheels and tyres arrived 10 minutes ago. That’s 1 week door to door from England (I live in Northern Ireland) In my view that’s a fantastic service. Moreover they looked as if they had just been packed by the sender a moment ago. Absolutely terrible service. Considerable damage to a bike during transit and absolutely no liability taken by Paisley Freight. Utter refusal to offer any compensation or admit any responsibility for the damage when given photographic evidence of the damage.

Terrible service. Bike that I sold on ebay damaged beyond repair - photos I shared showed how badly package was handled by the courier - got nowhere with them. Very poor and won't be using again.

Don't bother, only outsourced to APC. Driver was very unhelpful, stroppy and blamed us for his van being full/no space for collection and didn't really want to take both tyres because they would be "in his way". I specifically chose to ship with Paisley Freight to avoid this sort of conflict with couriers and paid a premium due to the good reviews and specialised in shipping wheels/tyres. I packed the tyres as instructed and had everything ready as per instructions and feel the attitude we received totally unacceptable. When I contacted Paisley Freight they did nothing to help, just brushed it off and said they would contact APC.
