Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
Paisley Freight offered a great deal for shipping a set of wheels and tyres. The wheels were collected yesterday and delivered today. I can't give them 5 stars because the actual shipping company, APC, provide very poor notice of collections and their tracking system didn't work.
Biggest crooks in the Uk ( probably world ) do not use you will get shafted
I’ll never get sick of slating this disgusting lot of thief’s DO NOT USE THEM this is what will happen they will take the original amount promised then after a day or two after they picked it up you’ll get an email saying it’s the wrong size it’s to big etc and wait for it they have supplied you with the box yet they still tell you it’s just a fraction over you’ll have to pay an extra 40,50,60 pound in my case it was £40 and here’s the thing 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂the cowboys didn’t deliver it 😂😂😂😂😂I got a phone call saying it was at a warehouse which was an hour round trip from where it was supposed to be I sent it from fort William Scotland to wales fortunately the person who was buying it was great about it he had a van so he could collect it 😂😂😂😂😂😂and I’ve not finished they wanted money of him in wales for them to release it ( there never got it ) am Scottish and I like to support small local business especially if there Scottish but not this lot there a complete and utter embarrassment total crooks and don’t waist your time getting insurance for damage they won’t pay out they make my blood boil I don’t know if they have actually being reported to any authorities about being closed down but am going to call someone to at least let them be aware that there just crooks because that’s what they are if you as much raise your voice to them on the phone they hang up ……PLEASE never use this shower if corrupt crooks ….they will SHAFT you
Absolute rip off, I was charged an extra £30 for not correctly wrapping the wheels but they were wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. I appealed the issue with Paisley but they were not interested. It's basically the scam of giving you a cheap price and then charging you double for a bogus reason which you can do nothing about because they already have your item. I'll definitely go elsewhere in future. Very very poor customer service.
First off. Awesome to find a company offering bespoke shipping from wheels of any kind to a complete MTB bike etc. Secondly to offer packaging and insurance. I selected my dates based on the sellers preference. The collection happened on time and was here in under 24 hours.
Excellent service, I had a large single wheel delivered which from collection to delivery only took 19hours door to door, This was from near Wales to Essex and for £17.99. Item was in perfect condition also. I’m very impressed and for those claiming damage to their items I can only suggest that their senders didn’t package theirs as instructed clearly on Paisley’s web page.

They unresponsive to emails and no answer on the phone
The company they use to get the delivery can’t help as they haven’t placed the order just took the money and now they won’t refund either.
'Next day' they said, arrived at 10.00, amazing service. Only improvement would be to have a timeslot, just for peace of mind.
Another one due shortly, hoping for the same service!!
Used a number of times albeit on this occasion, the courier caused significant damage & have been most uncooperative as they insisted on receiving ALL evidence within 7 days despite advising I was going to be leaving the country for a week, the following day, they showed no discretion at all and dismissed any appeal of working with me to resolve!
