Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
Don’t bother go elsewhere wish I had read reviews proper took extra insurance out wheels arrived at seller week late and damaged and just give you run around no matter what evidence you supply they will ask for more and give you 24 hours to reply or close the case already taking legal steps to pursue my loss over this joke outfit
If this is the best thing you do today, do not use them, goods get damaged, they play the most incredible games to ware you down so you don't get a claim through or can't be bother, please please don't use them, director is trading as more than one company name look on company house records also has desolved business names you get the idea!
I had requested delivery of my bicycle but the date of collection kept getting delayed. Someone eventually came to collect it but this was a week after the initial collection day.
This date was provided my Paisley Freight and was not something I had arranged. They then request a rearrangement fee of £10 which seems unfair considering I had chosen an acceptable collection date which was then ignored.
Another collection date was arranged but they didn't come (we were in all day) but marked us as being away. 3 weeks and no collection, just a large bicycle box in the hallway.
Dont use…terrible service
Firstly, if your looking for an update dont bother. They dont have a telephone, so you cant call, all communication is via email. Even when they do respond its clear they just dont care!

I am blown away, pick up in Glagow delivered to Berkshire the next day and the cheapest quote on the Internet. I would recommend this company to everyone and would certainly use again it was effortless.
