Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum Β£100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
No complaints here. Good communication, excellent value for money. Bought a bike on eBay, Paisley Freight sent the packaging to the collection address in advance and then picked up the bike.
Great service from start to finish. Easy booking online and easy packages to pick from especially when you have 4 wheels and tyres to send. Good price and collected on time.
And email was sent by Paisley freight to say my items had been delivered.
I would use them again and recommend them to others.
No show on a booked delivery. No contact and they are impossible to reach if thereβs an issue.
Buyer cancelled order due to the delay and cost me Β£2000.
Avoid
Have used Paisley Freight for over 10 years . They were one of the few companies willing to assist with shipping complete bicycles.
Used them recently to ship a coffee table.

I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Ordering was done on line and very simple. I sent a question via email and received a prompt reply.
I purchased the Push Bike Package, that included, packaging with a box, bubble wrap and tape, These items arrived the very next day. I arranged for the push bike to be picked up a few days later, to give me time to pack the push bike.
Excellent service from the start from me ordering the bundle to the push bike been delivered to my customer.
I cannot fault the service at all. I was notified that they would be using a local partner.
Lost my bike within 12 hours of collection from seller.I had to chase this up- then informed it was out for delivery (two days later) with a courier. One dispatched they decided the seller has used an over sized box, charged me Β£15. They updated my delivery status to say I had requested the change in delivery. Chaos. No bike, no idea where it is or when it will be delivered. Two days at home waiting and nothing. If you want stress free bike transport- go elsewhere. Edit; bike finally delivered- driver told me that he had seen the parcel at the depot the day before but it was just left there π
