I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Ordered upgraded hearing aids. The ones I rcvd are definitely not what I ordered. Chloe Sevilleno emailed me giving me the features my hearing aids should have. They have mone of them. So far all I am getting is a run around and I am out $400.UPDATE after JD got involved not only was I issued a full refund, but I was informed that do the hight cost of having to return the item I would not have to. Thank you JD for the excellent customer service. I will consider buying from this company again.

You sign up for their hearing aid product advertised on Daily Express On Line at around £85 and you then have to sit through an excrutiating video of a female telling you that the product you've just signed up and paid for is not that great and that you need to spend another £159.00 to get the good product. I've reported then to my CC company as borderline fraudsters and cancelled by credit card to stop them trying to take any more money. Anyone who has signed up with these people is strongly advised to cancel your CC immediately. The response below is pure BS, I have not received any request from Trust Pilot to send an order number but here it is anyway... Order #17937 I am not holding my breath! 19/4 Received yesterday.... "After discussing your situation with our new owner, Linda, I'm pleased to share that I've received a direct approval to issue a FULL refund for your order without necessitating a return, contrary to our standard procedure under our money-back guarantee. We understand that covering return costs may be inconvenient for you, and as a valued customer, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to alleviate any additional burdens. The team is now processing your full refund of £86.95. You will automatically receive a separate email once the refund has been processed and released from our end." 23/4 I eventually received the refund of £86.95 into my account yesterday along with a brass neck, brazen request to revise this Trust Pilot review to a 4 or 5 star rating now that "the issue with your order has been resolved" in exchange for a $50 store credit. The issue has emphatically not been resolved because they are still trying to con people with the same scam advert still running in British newspapers as of yesterday. IMHO these Ozzi Home people are utterly shameless.

This is a SCAM! My mother bought hearing aids from you, but was not told that there was a recurring subscription fee. Even on the bill it just said £1 for a VIP club and NO MENTION that this would become £29.99 if not stopped. I have looked back through the emails and no warning was given of this. Beware of this company!

I placed an order but immediately cancelled it as they tried to get me to spend more than I was. I think they cal it “upselling” However I just been notified that they have cancelled everything and gave me a refund

Ozzihome appears in a complex network of businesses under the umbrella of WNW Group LLC, which also owns 'Premium Health' and 'Perf(ormance)Brands SP'. An order from Premium Health led to an unwanted 'VIP Club' membership at £29.99 per month, but the company has acted very quickly and sympathetically to respond and to refund my payments in full. Their communication is quick, personal and helpful, so good marks for that! Premium Health is clearly keen to establish a positive reputation for customer care.

I bought one item and got involuntarily enrolled in a payable VIP membership. Since I brought attention to my mistaken enrollment by this company, they apologized promptly and profusely. They refunded my enrollment fee, commenting they are in the midst of improving their communication and practices. I feel confident I can buy another of their unique and useful products again without this error recurring.

The timing for the delivery was very quick if you take the distance traveled into account, it’s too early for to judge the product but I CAN see an improvement already, especially with the bed time patches, I will certainly give an update after a few weeks when I envisage a much more improvement to my nails. I just got my product and am going to try it tonight. However ,another reviewer said he was automatically enrolled in their VIP club and they were taking money out of his account without his knowledge. I DO NOT WANT THIS EITHER!
