I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

My mother has been charged for Fungus treatment as an Automatic Payment and has been charged via PayPal. She states she has never received for fungus treatment gel yet is still being charged. On further inspection the website no longer exists.

My partner brought the product and was not happy with it contacted customer service who provided a return address I sent it tracked delivery service to find out from France that the building is empty it’s a complete scam if you want to return it

Total scam and rip off. My father foolishly bought 4, he was shipped 8. I've not found one yet that works, and even if I do, I will not use it as it does not properly fit into the outlet and hang on the wall. Do not waste your time or your money. *** There is no way in hell I want my father exposed to these con artist again! ***

Do not use this company nothing but a con I purchased a plug in heater from them at the cost of £49:95 after waiting over two weeks for it to arrive it was faulty so I had to return the heater to them which in turn cost me another £13:35 to send it back recorded delivery almost a month later of them receiving my heater back still no money returned to me even though they stated in an e mail they refunded my card account on the 13th of February total rip off and they are totally incompetent and after hearing from Ozzie heat from them reading this review they requested some more information from me with a statement saying they would get to the bottom of this as a matter of urgency that was 5 days ago and guess what have not heard a thing grrrrrr Ozzie heat are now claiming I did not reply via the trust pilot link to give them the information they required BUT I DID as soon as they requested it I will now give you my order number again but on here this time it’s #1076 wonder what excuse they will come up with now

This company is totally fake. The 5 heaters ordered did not work. They took two payments for VIP Club membership which was not requested. They should refund the payment for the heaters £124.99 and two subscriptions 2 × £24.99.

I ordered an Ozzie Heat Remote control, was charged £111.98 . I received 3 heaters which I hadn't wanted and no remote controller. The package was damaged and left in porch as I was away when it arrived. I feel very much as if I have been scammed. I would warn anyone NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
