Review your basket to see if there are additional charges you did not ask for.
I need to be completely honest and transparent in writing this review. I bought their heaters for my parents and later found that they placed additional charges on my card that I did not authorise. They did this as an automatic check-in - rather than choosing to buy; ie. Warranty, expediated shipping and remote. I attempted numerous times to contact without avail, until I wrote a review here. Immediately I got a response from Joy - and from here, the experience got remarkably better. Joy - the customer service person could not be more helpful, and she explained that they are in the process of addressing the issues and concerns and immediately refunded the additional extra's. Unfortunately, the experience was tainted, and I requested a full refund, and Joy acknowledged and refunded the goods. The customer service I was provided was helpful. ----------------------------------------------- I bought the Heating system for my parents, Firstly they automatically added extra's instead of subscribing for them. Examples: romote control, expediated shipping and extended warranty- adding up to $100. This was automatically added, I did not request them, this is a very shady, unethical practice. Then, when you look into their refund - it states it has to be within an hour, but I didn't recieve my email outlining it within the hour. I did email requesting the refund as I did not consciously request it, NOR does it make it obvious that you have ordered it. Despite numerous attempts to contact, I haven't heard anything. This behaviour of adding additional things is such a RIPOFF. 2nd. They DO NOT answer or respond to any questions, namely above. I have checked their ABN, and I called the business - of course NO answer. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM
