I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Exceptional customer service from Joy, who has organised a full refund for me. It was looking like an expensive mistake, but with Joy's prompt help I am more than satisfied with this company. They have gone above and beyond my expectations, and made ordering from them a very pleasant experience. I look forward to receiving my heater. ------------------------------------- I ordered one heater and was charged for three heaters and a total of $900 for extra items, which I ordered accidentally by mistake. I only became aware of the $900 after I clicked submit and pay, and saw my product receipt. I have emailed them asking them to cancel my order and refund my money, but they haven't replied. They have shipped my order. No acknowledgement of my email.
I am very unwell and have been dismissed from my job because of it. Fortunately I am eligible for a pension but have been sitting at home without a heater because I can’t afford to pay the electricity bills otherwise. I thought this may be the answer but I am still waiting to receive it. I could only afford one. Can you please let me know if it is coming and/or not. Sandy
I empathize with BJ because I had the same horrifying experience as BJ did. I supposedly ordered their sale items and paid for 3 but only got one in the mail. I haven’t opened this yet coz I was planning on returning them and asked for a refund but never got a response back. How heartless of this company to dupe an elderly person like me who was just relying on a small pension. Have sent several emails but to no avail. I even asked if I could return this to their facility in Laverton and avail of the 90 days money back guarantee but never got a response anymore from them except for one which said it’ll take 72 hrs for them to respond back. To future buyers PLEASE PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS FAKE OZZIE HEAT BECAUSE YOU’LL BE SCAMMED. If I had a choice, they don’t deserve any star at all.
I wish I had read these reviews earlier. I just tried to order one bug zapper and was charged for three bug zapper and one extended warranty. I never clicked the extended warranty icon and The screen prior to me clicking order now, said that I would be charged $29.95 for my bug zapper, ( I have a screen shot of it!) which is what I had expected. Two different charges came through on my PayPal one for $89.85 and one for $49.97. What the he!? I am so angry at this company for scamming people like this. That is clearly what it is. I tried the phone number and it immediately goes to a recording where you can leave a message. Ha ha I’m sure that will work. NOT! Don’t buy from this website
I order 4 heaters and payed for them and got no tracking or shipping details and did not receive my heaters
June 11 I ordered 1 Ozzi heater from this company, all of a sudden without a final confirmation of the total [ I thought I was paying $79] I received an email with an invoice for over $700. I immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my credit card and then contacted the company by email to cancel the order and request a refund, NO RESPONSE, just repeated emails advising that my order had been packed, then my order had been sent, I replied to each email saying I had cancelled my order and DO NOT SEND IT. I finally received and email from Michellin saying it was too late to cancel the order and that the order had been sent but dont worry once I received the parcel he/she would personally guide me through the return process to receive a refund. I then received and email offering a 30% refund which I have refused, I am in the process of taking this claim further. I am devestated that this has happened to me as I am so careful about any online purchases and have secure systems in place to avoid such scams. The order number is 257620
My dad ordered one of these portable heaters and receive (and was charged) for 5 of them! Tried one of the heaters and it defines not heat up a room like advertised. Very disappointing. Will be making contact for a refund straight away!
Has anyone received a refund from Ozzie portable Heaters? Or is this lip service response to genuine reviews here? Ordered 2 in May 2024 (does not work in small space as advertised) I ended up paying for 3 portable heaters. i tried to remove 1, but disappeared from screen. I received 3 in the mail. Still in original packaging. 2 not even unpacked. VIP was somehow added (not by me). Wanting to return items and be refunded. May 2024 ordered, straight away contacted the company by email, no response received from the company despite my attempts. I wrote a customer review on 2 July 2024 asking same. I received a customer service response by email today 11/7/24 which I felt has been in a response to being here on Trustpilot, sharing my experience! I have contacted ACCC today.
OMG! SCAMMERS BEWARE!!! I wish I had known before I ordered. I ordered 3 ozzi heaters and got charged for all these other costs that I didn't order. They have overcharged me almost $300! I have emailed them so many times with no reply as they are ignoring me. I have just found out that they have been banned in the UK as apparently they catch fire and are totally unsafe! I have read so many reviews where everyone is being scammed by overcharging them! I swear if they don't respond to my emails and reimburse me then I will take this matter to the media! Don't waste your money and get scammed by hundreds of dollars!
