I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Shady company to say the least. I ordered a product that looked identical to another one I actually looked into previously. It came up as an ad in my reels and I decided to purchase it when early in the morning half awake before work. After I was awake more, I realized that it was a different name than the other one I had previously researched. I emailed them within an hour of purchase to cancel the order and get a refund and they said that it had shipped out and they can’t refund me. After I insisted they were full of crap and there’s no way the order has left their wharehouse within an hour, they continued to insist that it had left. I went to my order to show the status and even days later, it still shows as not shipped. After I sent them a screen shot of it, they started offering a partial refund. It started at 30% and then 50% and I keep the items when they arrive. Each email back, I specifically tell them I want a full refund. They never admit to being able to just refund and cancel the order. It’s a complete scam of a company. The product says 90 day money back guarantee. It’s a complete lie. They won’t honour it at all. Do not buy anything from them!
never received product, order shows complete, never received a tracking number or product, (order# 12238) ordered the 1st of June, just excuses from "Charlotte". DO NOT buy anything from this company, they give you a run around and when you try to contact them, the refuse to put you in touch with customer service. They even have people giving out the 800- to look up business's numbers, instead of the Customer service number. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!
This company is a complete scam. I only wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered from them. Like many others, I ordered one item and was charged for four, totalling over £100. I never received the goods, nor have I received a refund, despite sending endless emails. They send polite responses saying they will look into it, but 3 months later I am still out of pocket to these fraudsters. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ****EDIT******: after posting a 1 star review on here, they have finally refunded me. I have upgraded them to 3 stars for this reason rather than the (‘at least’) 4 stars they urged me to give.
A simple order that should have been $ 49.00 was charged $255.00, all fraudulent. DO NOT SHOP with these fraudsters.
I ordered 2 Ozzi's, one for a gift and they work well, but no instructions on how to clean them out after they catch bugs. Any issue with subscription, etc. was resolved far beyond my expectation. I truly appreciate the way this was handled - very professional and immediately. Thank you, Rose P.S. Now all I need to know is how to clean/replace the filter. Email is fine. Thumbs up!
I was trying to order 2 optifuel. But instead you guys took all my money. How dare you!!! I want my money back today By 5pm..... And cancel my order. If this is how you want to sell your product is to steal from people I want nothing to do w this company. I am a Veteran and I will make sure your company name is know thru the ranks and VAs. That's active Military, Reserve and Retired.
I wish I had looked at this first! They charged me for expedited shipping and extended warranty that I did NOT agree to!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!! I ordered the Ozzie Ultimate Odor Remover from Ozzie Technologies on March 22nd of 2024 for $69.95 (Order #OZ10523). It is now the end of August. I must have asked, then demanded a refund for what feels like some twenty times. I've even tried calling their customer service number 1+(470) 809-9379 that appears on the top of the Ozzie Order Confirmation Page. Their only response is that "It is on its way", from a customer service person named Charlotte. I have seen similar complaints online. They are liars that only want to scam you out of your money. If you've ordered something from them, don't expect it. Good luck trying to get a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!

Do not buy from this company! They charge you for things you didn’t order and some VIP membership that I never signed up for. I’ve tried to cancel 3 times and it keeps coming out every month even after they said it was cancelled. It’s a scam!!! I may have to get a lawyer involved if they don’t resolve this issue. The company ended up refunding me and canceling the membership. I just wish they would have resolved the issue prior to me having to write a review.
