I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

I bought a Opti Fuel only. The company added 3 other charges and started email tag. this has gone on since second day of purchase 8/10/2024 to now, which we are still playing email tag. I have canceled the order and ask to refund the the 4 different charges. all I have got from them is BS. To bad we have to give them a star they don.t deserve it. If by chance they can fix this case It may change my mind.LOL There replies to these reviews are BS. LOL The Company refunded the full amount of there charges. They gave the Opti Fuel for my oriel, but the product has not arrived as of yet. The company seems to be honest but having problems restructuring. My problem with this co. is I was not the first to have this problem. This said I revise my star approval.
I ordered my product one the 3rd of July 2024 and within less than 5 minutes my bank balance showed TWO payments coming out. This was NOT correct. The price was VERY different and DIDN'T show this was in USD and not AUD. Therefore within 10 minutes l contacted via email support@ email address with the fact l was unable to stop the shipment & would l like CREDIT. I was looking for and still am a FULL refund & still have got no where no matter how much l follow up. So now l am trying on Trust Pilot instead.
After posting my review of the Ozzie Heaters the company was very prompt in responding and followed through with a full refund. Whilst I wasn't happy with the product itself, the customer service was good.
Further to my previous review when I gave Ozzi Mozzi a 1 star review as I was not satisfied with the product (Ozzi heater). They have now given me a full refund and I don't even have to go to expense of posting the item back. This is customer service at its very best and should give all customers the confidence to purchase items , knowing there is excellent follow-up if not satisfied with your purchase. Apparently they are also under new management, so obviously they are now geared to customer satisfaction as a priority.... This company is now definitely worthy af your attention should u be interested in any of their products.
My Order number was: 323323 Terrible scam as I too had products added to my cart I didn't agree with and Customer service evaded any request for a refund. I cancelled my entire order by having it pulled prior to shipping and have been very clear that I'm due a refund. One month gone and still NO refund, so my bank is doing a charge back, as I paid by Credit card. The company needs to be dealt with by the Commerce Commission and fined for a lack of transparency, in the way it operates. I've wasted so much time emailing this terrible company grrr. X Freer
We did have an issue with the heater unit pins, but Ozzi Home reached out immediately and was incredibly helpful in making it right. So 5 stars for customer service. Regarding the issue, if you contact them they will assist you directly. Thank you Ozzi Home for restoring faith to online shoppers!
I was charged for goods I didn’t agree to, which only appeared on my receipt after I’d gone through checkout. I plugged in one of my heaters and it sparked. It blew a fuse in my house and a whole circuit went down. For the past three months I have been trying to get the company to honour the refund for the faulty products and unsolicited items, but they keep evading the request. The worst product and customer service. DO NOT BUY.
I received this product this week and found it’s performance to be completely nowhere near its advertised capabilities, the reviews written to sell this product must have been written by the company itself and not by genuine purchasers, I HAVE NOW found out that it fails Australian standards and should be banned from purchase, it really is a cheap Chinese product, I am considering asking for a refund if I can find out HOW?
Product doesn't work. They will not give a full refund as promised. They are up to a 50% refund offer but will not give a return address. Taking someone else's money and keeping it when the product doesn't work is more like stealing to me.
I have ordered the Rewave and they have charged me £103.91 then I found out it was a scam my payment is still pending I don't one of I will get my money back stay well clear of any thing they are selling
