I saw an offer on Facebook for air…
I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

1 star is too generous! Oh my god I can’t believe I got sucked in! The website is a complete scam, you may think you are only ordering 1 thing and next thing you know you’ve purchased over $200 USD as the “complete order” click through is you confirming more purchases not simply finalising a singular purchase, I somehow ended up with a $150 USD subscription?!?! It also misleads you to believe the prices in AUD. Other reviews do not give me hope for a refund or even a quality product. So now after wanting to purchase 1 cooling unit for what I thought was $75ish I’m now out over $300 AUD

I have placed the order for 3 heaters plus remote on 12.11. Instead of order confirmation they only keep sending another advertisements for other products. How can I contact them about my purchase without order number? But they have my money! Any email contact???

Ozzi-cool ‘airconditoner’ - don’t waste your money
Ozzi-cool ‘airconditoner’ - wish I’d read these reviews first. Waste of money - just a cheap fan that barely moves any air and definitely does not cool a room as claimed. Currently attempting to organise a refund but am told that they don’t accept opened used items - how are you supposed to know if an item works without trying it? Buyer definitely beware!!

It’s a scam. I’m an honest idiot, Ozzie team are crooks. Apparently I clicked a button requesting I pay full price rather than the discounted offer - £152 taken from my account. Complained but it’s “too late to cancel the order” - even though it takes two weeks to ship…(all those NASA scientists beavering away to make each one no doubt) …contact Trading Standards and hopefully the company will be closed down

Buyer beware, do not purchase
should have read the reviews before purchasing as it would have saved a lot of hassle. Bought two of these coolers thinking they would be ideal for the bedroom etc, what a huge disappointment they are. These are nothing more than a usb powered fan that uses water condensation to cool down, you can do this with a bowl of water with ice sitting in front of a fan, do not waste your money and purchase these, nothing but cheap, plastic Chinese fans. Going through the process of returning and refund, not a simple process. JD, I have replied with all information requested and, still waiting for a reply, I’ve emailed with all information 4 times to your email. I want my money back.

I bought an Ozzieheat never ever again
I bought an Ozzie at as I have a very long lounge but it’s flimsy doesn’t heat hardly at all isn’t energy efficient and I also got charged for an extra three!! I only have one lounge!! Total scammers have gone through PayPal requesting refund! Imagine my shock when opening the parcel and I’ve got four of these toy heaters!!

Ozzyi heaters are a scam
I ordered 2 Ozzy heaters after seeing an ad on Facebook. The ad claimed they were invented by an army veteran and his son using NASA technology and are used in the international space station. They also claim that they can heat a 70m3 room in seconds. ITS ALL LIES AND A SCAM. They added an extra 3 units to my order without my knowledge and took and extra £74.99 from my PayPal account without my permission. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I feel ashamed that I fell for it

I ordered 2 Ozzie Coolers and have been trying to get a refund as they do not work as advertised. They are no better than a normal fan. I was also charged for expedited delivery (still took 3 weeks) and extended warranty which I did not want. After emailing them (no phone number is supplied as a contact) I was offered a 30% refund which I advised was unacceptable as one unit is completely intact and the other one was used once (that’s how I knew it was useless). I have been advised to take photos and then send them back to China (who knows what that will cost?) where they will undergo quality control and I may then be refunded. Never again will I deal with this company!
