Not as they seem Edit; Customer service via email has been great in refunding me my items after explaining my issues I've had with the checkout process and the fact it hasn't cooled down my spade. I'd still provide a 2 star review because the product itself didn't do what I'd hoped. However Customer Service was very helpful I am currently living Western Sydney, with coming into summer not yet even hit summer. We have already had two 40 degree days. I am in a town house with all bedrooms upstairs. This meaning that it is extremely hot all through the night, after all day heating. I have had a similar experience as I have now found as other users in ending up with a considerable amount more units then originally intended with a additional charge plus being added to the VIP customer subscription I couldn't afford. I found myself panicking when the mobile number provided wasn't answering at all, although thankfully I had them respond via email helpful enough with my circumstances and offered a 30% refund with the intent of keeping the units. So for this I have provided a 2 star review. I had been searching and searching for something Australian, as I did not want to buy something overseas and end up it not being what I thought. This company advises a Sydney science teacher designed these units to support hot class rooms and reviews on the site suggested they cool really hot rooms. It suggested 1 unit would support a 215m2 room. I was using 2 in a 9m2 room and it still wasn't cooling enough for a comfortable sleep. I have now reached out to the company advising I want to return all 4 units for the remaining cost refunded 70% due to already receiving a 30% refund. I have provided my concerns and issues and waiting a response on how to return them back for the remaining refund to then hopefully be able afford something in store and I can physically see its use and function.
