I went online to book a date for moving into a new property and everything was done as requested with no issues.
Excellent customer service as usual. Despite constant requests from other suppliers, I wouldn’t change as a result of this excellent service. Well done keep it up. 👍❤️

Operator who took my enquiry was excellent. She was very courteous and pleasant and spoke English clearly. She understood my requirements and met them promptly and effectively. She explained things clearly and succinctly. Hence, I am very satisfied with the outcome of my call.
Your email explaining our plan has the following statement “If your plan has an expiry date, we'll send you a reminder before it runs out”. I received no early reminder at all, only a notice of my new plan fees, AFTER the plan expired. This means you cannot be trusted, you did not do as you promised.

You have organised to exchange the meter and so far nothing has happened and still keep lying and justifying your shortcomings. It is completely unacceptable and your metering team need to check and see if they are doing their job.

It is a surprise to have initial offers fulfilled these days. I am glad to see this time it has happened. We obviously cannot guarantee the validity of comments made by telemarketers at times.
