Verbrecher! Nicht nutzen! Ich habe über check24 gebucht, auch eine Zusatzversicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung, diese im Voraus bezahlt, ebenso eine Anzahlung geleistet. Vor Ort wurde mir trotz des Hinweises auf die bestehende Versicherung nochmals eine angedreht. Das habe ich dummerweise nicht bemerkt. Die geleistete Anzahlung taucht nirgends mehr auf, angeblich wurde die für die Zusatzversicherung verwendet und nur eine Restabrechnung erstellt. So die Erläuterung über check24. Die können nicht mal eine anständige Abrechnung erstellen! Auch die Schadenserstattung über eine der Versicherungen ist nach über 1 Monat nicht erfolgt. Ich erwäge rechtliche Schritte und hab nicht übel Lust diesen Laden zu verklagen !! Ergänzung nach untenstehender Antwort: Ihre Aussage zur Anzahlung und der Premium Versicherung ist schlicht falsch. Ich habe nicht nur die Anzahlung für die Fahrzeugmiete! gemäss der check24-Seite i.H.v. 131,67€ , sondern daneben auch die Premium-Versicherung in Höhe von 39.60€ ebenso wie auf der Seite ausgewiesen, bezahlt. Das kann ich belegen! Wieso meine Anzahlung für die Fahrzeugmiete nun angeblich für die Versicherung von Ihnen genutzt wird, ist überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar und bestätigt nur Ihre betrügerische Vorgehensweise. Nach Ihrer Darstellung hätte ich also 171,27€ für die Versicherung gezahlt!? Das ist den Unterlagen, also weder meinem Voucher, der eine Restzahlung für die Fahrzeugmiete unter Abzug der Anzahlung ausweist, zu entnehmen, noch der Zusammenfassung meiner Buchung auf der check24-Seite. Ich erwarte die Rückerstattung meiner Anzahlung! Hören Sie endlich auf, sich rauszureden!!!

Mala gestión. Reservé un coche con recogida en el aeropuerto. Después de llamar más de 5 veces y después de 40 minutos de espera apareció un coche que nos llevó a una oficina a unos km del aeropuerto para entregar el coche. En la reserva no dicen nada de todo esto. Tampoco se disculparon. No lo recomiendo. Servicio nefasto confirmado con la oficina de Turismo. Además el precio no tiene nada de barato. La realidad es que no son una buena manera de empezar tu viaje.

Orbit:great, but Avia:hirer beware!…
Orbit car hire was easy to use and straightforward. However, we were very dissatisfied with Avia, the actual company who loaned us the car. Watch out if hiring from Avia! They have adopted a policy that the hirer must return the car FULLY VALETED to their satisfaction. They did not point this out beforehand, but on return and being told, we cleaned the car in the car park, & their guy confirmed it was fine,,but they proceeded to charge us because he had subsequently reported to the admin it was not fine! We felt it was a system operated to extort more money from customers.
